Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@greengoodies.store with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Return Process
- Email us at support@greengoodies.store with your order number.
- We will reply with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items (toothbrushes, deodorant, soap bars) that have been opened
- Food wraps and storage bags that have been used
- Cleaning supplies that have been opened
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge if it has not yet shipped. To cancel, email support@greengoodies.store with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you may return it under our standard return policy.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
